In Pictures: How Arsenal won the north London derby 5-2 on an extraordinary afternoon at the Emirates

Even the most optimistic of Arsenal fans would have been struggling to dream up a better scenario for their side in Sunday?s derby against rivals Tottenham at the Emirates.


On a quite incredible afternoon, an already dramatic Premier League season produced another marquee offering as Arsene Wenger's hosts sensationally recorded a 5-2 victory, recovering from two goals behind.

The match was full of goals, cards, incident, drama and mistakes as 90 minutes of action took place that had to be seen to be believed.

The fallout from the result is only just beginning and it remains to be seen who will have the last laugh in a season which is sure to continue producing a number of twists and turns as the two sides compete for a place in the top four.

But as Arsenal fans begin celebrations that will surely go on for many weeks to come and supporters of Spurs struggle to come to terms with what they have witnessed after a season that has been almost wholly positive so far, Goal.com relives the key moments of a north London derby that will live long in the memory.
