Boulder mayor urges greater financial disclosure

Boulder Mayor Matt Appelbaum wants the city's elected officials to share more information about their finances, the Daily Camera reports.

The mayor said the current financial disclosure forms now filed by members of city council and candidates contain too much irrelevant information. The forms need to contain more information about assets and investments, he said.

The financial forms are expected to be changed by the end of the year.
