How to exercise at home? Ideas?
I do play sports but not right now (I do basketball cheer and thats in the winter). So I havent worked out for a long time. I dont really have time to take up a new sport or go to the gym I dont have many things lying at home, a few dumbells. But any ideas on how to exercise? For example: Situps.
Btw, I DONT want to lose weight this is just to become healthier. (:

If you want to tone your body and not build muscle mass; then do high repetitions with lots of sets with free weights.
If you want to build muscle mass, you will need to increase the weight in which you lift but also reduce the amount of repetitions per set. This is also incorporate into an eating plan with unprocessed foods, just natural stuff.
?I don?t really have time to take up a new sport or go to the gym? = this is an excuse. When you say that you don?t have time, then make time to do so. With everything that requires action, just do it. Don?t wait for it to come to you. This is the unfortunate and harsh reality.
You could go and buy some gym equipment to do at home rather than spending a lot of money joining at the gym or some sporting membership.
You can do a lot of exercises at home, as you have mentioned, sit ups; but also push ups. Getting an exercise ball should allow you to do a multitude of exercises. Or buy yourself some running shoes and go jogging and/or running.
There a lot of things you can do out there, but most of which comes from financial resources.

exercise ideas for home? 3 quesitons.?
I have 3 questions:
1) I need stomach toning ideas so i can work out at home, and I need to know how to work out my butt and thighs.
I have a pretty flat stomach, but I want to actually exercise and have a healthy body and get more toned.
2) Will working out my ?butt? make my butt smaller?
3) How can I know for sure if i have butt muscle or butt fat?

At-Home Workouts for Teenagers?
Its winter holidays in australia, my family is in a bit of a financial problem so gyms are out of the question, I just want at home exercise ideas. My yard is huge but its like all been landscaped. It?s like a raised garden and if you look at it from the side it would sort of look like a massive staircase. Anyway its huge.
We lvive in a really suburban area so I could go for a run but my mum would rather I didn?t just in case,you know, safety reasons.
I?m thirteen almost fourteen.

I do this usually 3-4 times a week. Do four of these cycles, jog in place for 40 seconds, kick your legs up and to the side as high as you can while keeping your legs bent ( kind of like high knees just kicking your knees to the side) nonstop for 40 seconds, butt kicks (literally kicking your butt) for 40 seconds, (that was one cycle) then i do 75 crunches, hold a plank for 40 seconds, and the spiderman ( holding yourself up in a plank while keeping your knees bent and kicking them up to your chest/head.) Similar to high knees just on the ground in a plank position. You might could google the spiderman if you need to see it.
